The bathroom door in my room didn’t lock, when you opened the door to the room the wind forced the bathroom door open while someone is in there. The A/C would not stay on and it would make the room cool for a short time then it would turn off and the room would get warm. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the E Save which I guess was causing it to turn off. the breakfast was great though.
My wife and I stayed two days at this Holiday Inn Express. From the time we checked in till we left, we found the staff very personable and did their utmost to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, in my opinion, and the breakfast was very good. We will be staying again in the future. Thank you
The early and mid morning staff is who I encountered and the 3 of them were fantastic. I have never felt so welcomed and greeted with such warmth. They took care of me after my long drive and my long day at work. The breakfast was wonderfully seasoned and a great variety for a continental spread. My room was comfortable and clean. The bed was soft and the water in the shower was hot not lukewarm, lol. I will be back
Overall good experience. Only cons were the key card readers were old and finnicky, and the food choices in the area weren't the greatest though that's not the fault of the hotel
Kaitlynn (hope I spelled her name correctly) was amazing! She was so kind and funny and helpful! Best experience we have ever had at a hotel! She made us feel welcomed & unjudged! She didn’t make us feel like they’re like here’s your key now get out of my space. 10 out of 10 recommend going to this hotel! Thank you so much Kaitlynn!
Room was clean, pretty good breakfast. -1 star due to house keeping knocking on the door early before checkout and trying to get in.
We were in town for a swim meet- what we're looking for in a hotel is quiet, excellent shower with plenty of hot water, and a great breakfast. We got ALL of these things here Plus Excellent costumer service by all employees we encountered. Highly recommend!
